Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing classes.

2026–2027 Tennis Time Academy Calendar

Program Dates:

August 17, 2026 – May 31, 2027

No Lessons

  • Sept. 7, Mon – Labor Day

  • Nov. 11, Wed – Veterans Day

  • Nov. 23–27, Mon–Fri – Thanksgiving Break

  • Dec. 21–Jan. 8, Mon–Fri – Winter Break

  • Jan. 18, Mon – Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • Feb. 8, Mon – Lincoln Day

  • Feb. 15, Mon – Presidents’ Day

  • Mar. 29–Apr. 2, Mon–Fri – Spring Break

  • May 31, Mon – Memorial Day

  • during summer, starting June you will be offered to continue weekly lessons (summer schedule) and summer camps


Tennis Time Academy Policies

Tuition & Payments

  • Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.

  • A $25 late fee may be applied to overdue accounts.

  • Tuition for weekly lessons is charged monthly, not per lesson, and reserves your child’s weekly class spot.

  • Monthly tuition remains the same whether a month includes 3, 4, or 5 lessons.

  • Tuition covers weekly instruction, court rental, equipment, lesson planning, administration, and program operations.

Attendance

  • Please arrive few minutes early. Lessons begin and end on time.

  • If your child will be absent, please notify us by text or email as soon as possible.

  • Students should wear athletic clothing and tennis shoes suitable for hard courts.

    ( no jeans, no ugg’s or crocks - your child will be asked to skip lesson )

Equipment

  • if necessary, Tennis Time Academy will provide a properly sized tennis racket for your child.

  • For the best learning experience and long-term development, we strongly recommend that each student has their own appropriately sized tennis racket.

Missed Lessons

  • Missed lessons due to illness, vacations, or personal scheduling are not eligible for refunds or credits.

  • Make-up lessons may be offered only if space is available and are not guaranteed.

Rain & Weather

  • Lessons may be canceled due to rain, extreme heat, or other unsafe court conditions. Always follow our news page on website.

  • One weather-related cancellation per month is considered part of the program and will not be made up.

  • If weather cancellations exceed one lesson per month, Tennis Time Academy will make every effort to schedule a make-up class based on court and coach availability.

Academy Cancellations

  • If Tennis Time Academy cancels a lesson due to coach illness or other unforeseen circumstances, a make-up lesson or tuition credit will be provided.

Withdrawals

  • A minimum of 4 weeks’ written notice is required to withdraw from the program.

  • Tuition remains due during the notice period.

  • Annual registration fees and tuition already paid are non-refundable.

Group Placement

  • Students are placed according to age and skill level.

  • Tennis Time Academy reserves the right to adjust schedules or combine groups to maintain appropriate class sizes.

Photo & Video Release

  • Photos and videos may be taken during lessons and used for Tennis Time Academy’s website, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

Liability Waiver

  • Participation in tennis involves inherent risks. A signed Liability Waiver and Release is required before participating in any Tennis Time Academy program.
